3 Green Visit to Lyme Regis 2006

Considering the hot summer we've been having, 3 Green managed to pick the wettest day in July to go and visit Lyme Regis. But that did not stop them having a great time. They looked on the beach for fossils, examined the cliffs, went to the visitor centre to look for information.

They also had fish and chips - and by then they needed the hot dinner after all the rain, but later it had brightened enough that they could have a little paddle when the tide came in.

They got to expand their geography skills, examining the coast and the fossils and gaining experience of a new and interesting place to visit.

"I see no ships!" A bit wet and bedraggled 3 Green make it to Lyme Regis.

Attack of the killer seaweed! - It's strange but other groups who have gone to Lyme regis have also met this problem.
