THE FOSSE WAY TIME CAPSULE

As part of the students getting involved with out new building works, one of our classes, 3 Green, did a Time Capsule project. They were provided with a long thin capsule which they had to fill with informative interesting things before it was buried for 25 years!

They decided that they wanted to give an idea of what school life was like in 2006 so it could be compared with the future when it was unearth. They spent a busy time taking class photo's of the school, pictures of the site. They collected facts and figures about costs and statistics, put in a newspaper, artwork, information from the school office and even a school jumper!

Once filled the time capsule was sealed and buried on the 25th of May with all of three green helping to bury it in a very large deep hole!

And look! You'd never even know it was there...at least not for the next 25 years!
