Welcome to Fosse Way School

Here at Fosse Way we are committed and passionate about the learning and progress of our pupils. Through strong partnerships with parents and collaboration with a range of other agencies the school offers a caring and friendly learning environment in which pupils make outstanding progress. Whilst the main site of the school caters for the needs of the majority of our pupils, satellite provision for pupils with Asperger Syndrome at nearby Norton Hill School and our Project SEARCH provision at Royal United Hospital, Bath contribute to the range of learning pathways on offer from Fosse Way.

Fosse Way School converted to an Academy on 1st of September 2011. The status allows the school to be more autonomous and to focus on initiatives that raise aspiration and achievement for children and young people with SEN locally, nationally and internationally. Fosse Way School also gained Teaching School status in September 2011 through a "partnership" with Fiveways, another outstanding special school located in Yeovil, Somerset.

Information about the Fosse Way School “offer” to pupils and families, along with professional development opportunities, the Teaching School and other activities can be found on this site.

If you would like further information or wish to visit the school then please contact the school office.
