Finding information about services to support young people is a real challenge. For this reason Family Information Service has produced the 11-20 booklet.
The Family Information Service is a statutory service and currently free of charge to schools. One of our priorities is to support young people and professionals who work with young people with relevant information.
In the booklet we have included details of activities, support organisations and useful information for young people, staff and parents.
If you would like a hard copy of the booklet or would like to add or update the information, please contact the Family Information Service on freephone 0800 073 1214 or email fis@bathnes.gov.uk
If you need a specific service for a young person, and it is not listed, then contact the Family Information Service on the above freephone number and let the Information Team who operate the helpline find it for you!
