Careers education aims to

• develop knowledge, skills and attitudes
• inform educational and vocational choices

Fosse Way has achieved Investors in Careers status

Students in Y9, 10, 11 and Post 16 have a transition plan in line

with the Code of Practice

Parents can discuss their child's career aspirations at any time.

A Connexions Personal Advisor visits the school on a regular  basis.                                                                                   The personal Advisor works with both individual and groups of students.

Religious Education and Collective Worship

• R.E has a special status as part of the basic curriculum and has equal standing in relation to the core and other foundation subjects
• Religious Education is formally timetabled as a subject in its own right
• Assemblies are held daily
• Final assembly each week provides an opportunity for individual pupils to share their achievements with the whole school.
