Behaviour Policy

At Fosse Way we

• take a positive approach to behaviour
• encourage pupils to show consideration and care for people and property

Anti-bullying Policy

Fosse Way does not tolerate bullying in any of its forms.
The anti-bullying policy is available to parents on request.

Pastoral Care

• All pupils have a form tutor
• Tutor time is built into timetable
• Deputy Head available for more complex matters
• Headteacher operates an 'open door' policy
